Yoga Style
I teach a style of yoga best classified as Vinyasa. Vinyasa is a style that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. What this means is that you'll get both a great workout from plenty of strong movement, and a sense of balance and unity from our focus on the breath throughout class.
If you wish you had more time to meditate and connect with your deeper self, whilst also exercising Vinyasa yoga is a fast and efficient way to do both. As much as I feel that yoga is an effective spiritual practice, I certainly don't take myself too seriously! I teach along to a crafted playlist, I guide you through a creative sequence of postures, and I aim to achieve a balance of high energy and restorative relaxation in each and every class.
